UNITED TANSANIA e. V. meets the statutory requirements of a charitable organization. The tax office issued the corporation with a notice of assessment within § 60a AO, in compliance with the statutory requirements according to §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO. With the notice of exemption (from corporation tax according to § 5 Para. 1 No. 9 KStG and § 3 No. 6 GwStG) the tax-privileged corporation is confirmed that its charitable status is recognized.

The recognition of UNITED TANSANIA e.V. as a tax-privileged corporation means that the corporation is exempt from corporation and trade tax and is entitled to issue donation receipts.
