Our Story

Dr. Judith Lazak is a veterinarian by profession. She has conducted extensive studies on Anthrax in Namibia (Etosha National Park). Anthrax is fatal disease for wildlife, domestic animals and humans whilst also being endemic in most African countries. As a passionate wildlife conservationist she has travelled much of Africa while spending her time in diverse internship roles in a variety of different fields such as translocation of wildlife, wildlife medicine and conservation. When the world was about to face the Covid pandemic, she decided to dedicate the rest of her life towards hyena conservation, her favourite predator and to help communities facing a conflict with hyena.
